K&N Engineering Develops New Lifetime Air Filter for Honda Jazz

The Honda Jazz is a small smart car. The engine is designed for maximum fuel economy along with good performance. The Jazz is also fitted with anti-roll bars on the front and the rear. It is very popular in Europe.

K&N Engineering has designed a Lifetime Replacement Air Filter (33-2917) for most 2005 through 2008 Honda Jazz. See below for a full list of applications. For additional performance remove the disposable filter and drop-in the K&N Filter. Unlike disposable filters, K&N Air Filters use a unique pleated design comprised of an oiled cotton fabric sandwiched between two layers of epoxy-coated aluminum screen.

"The air travels through the side chamber of the 33-2917 air filter," said K&N Air Filter Project Manager Joost Adriaans. "It then goes through the filter in a vertical manner." The washable, reusable, high flow flat panel filter is designed to increase horsepower and acceleration while providing excellent filtration. K&N Air Filters capture airborne dirt particles while allowing high volume air flow.

This K&N Air Filter is 0.875 inches in height, (22mm) with an outside length of 13.188 inches (335 mm) and an outside width of 4.25 inches (108 mm).
