The Hyundai Genesis Coupe is a rear wheel drive sports coupe imported from South Korea. The 2.0 liter, four-cylinder, Theta TCi turbo engine was developed as part of a global engine manufacturing alliance between Hyundai, Mitsubishi, and Chrysler. As a result, the turbo engine used in the Genesis Coupe shares many components with the venerable Mitsubishi EVO X. The 2013 model year saw several updates to the 2.0 liter Theta Tci 4-cylinder engine, including a larger turbo. This resulted in over 60 additional horsepower when compared to the 2012 model.

Owners of the 2013 and 2014 Hyundai Genesis 2.0L seeking this extra boost in power can now install the 69-5311TTK performance air intake system. 69-5311TTK from K&N is precision-engineered to be a simple-to-install performance add-on. The backbone of this intake system is a free-flowing mandrel-bent aluminum intake tube which helps to minimize restriction, allowing your engine to breathe easier. A durable black powder coated finish is applied to the tube, providing a sleek appearance under the hood that will look great for years to come.

K&N equips the 69-5311TTK with the oversized RC-4630XD air filter, providing a large surface to help increase airflow while providing outstanding engine protection. The filter is made with K&N’s famous high-flow filter media so it’s washable and reusable and can even go up to 100,000 miles between cleanings, depending on driving conditions. To top it all off, a heat shield shrouds the air filter under the hood, helping to direct air entering the factory fresh air scoop into the engine.

All of the design features of the 69-5311TTK performance air intake system work in perfect harmony to deliver increased performance. On the dyno, 69-5311TTK produced an estimated additional 16.67 horsepower at 4014rpm and an amazing 29.94 pound-feet of torque at 3119rpm over the factory system.

The 69-5311TTK performance air intake system is an excellent upgrade for your 2013 or 2014 Hyundai Genesis Coupe equipped with the 2.0 liter turbo engine. With simple to follow instructions and no need to make any other modifications to the vehicle, you’ll be on the road in approximately 90 minutes with more horsepower under your right foot.

If all that weren’t enough, K&N backs the 69-5311TTK with the industry-leading K&N Million Mile Limited Warranty. If you’re looking to take your 2013 or 2014 Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0 liter turbo to the next level, look no further than the 69-5311TTK Typhoon air intake system.

2014, 2015 and 2016 Chevy/GMC Trucks with an EcoTec 3 V8 Can Add Performance with K&N Air Intake

The 77-3082KP intake system’s bright intake tube looks good under the hood of this 2014 Chevrolet Silverado

These days a full-size pickup truck or SUV does more than just throw a mean hook. A modern full-size pickup truck or SUV must have refined interiors with modern-day technology, a comfortable platform that is refined on-road, yet rugged off-road and it must have style. In other words it has to float like a butterfly but sting like a bee. Some might think this isn’t doable, but General Motors seems to have stepped on the scale and made weight with the fully-redesigned 2014, 2015 and 2016 Chevrolet Silverado, Tahoe, Suburban, their GMC brethren the Sierra, Yukon, Yukon XL and the luxurious Cadillac Escalade. While the 5.3 liter EcoTec V8, and the available 6.2L V8 pack a punch in stock form, who doesn’t want to become the undisputed champion? As they’d say in boxing, installing a K&N 77-3082KP Performance Air Intake System can follow up an already ample punch with a one-two combo. The 77-3082KP intake system is a real knock-out, packing both added performance and increased style.

Ben Rhodes is Making the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East Championship a Race for Second Place

Rhodes ran a nearly flawless race at Bowman Gray. He led 151 of 152 laps in the NASCAR Hall of Fame 150. The race ended with a green-white-checkered flag finish. Ben Rhodes increased his lead in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East standings to 49 points over Gray Gaulding.

“That was a little tricky there,” Rhodes said. “I was afraid something might happen. I was afraid I might get moved up. If it wasn’t (Gaulding) it was going to be somebody else. That’s what this track creates. Just lucky we got to hold him off there at the end for the win and Daniel Suarez as well.”

The only time Rhodes lost his lead was in the final restart. Daniel Suarez passed him on lap 150, but Rhodes regained the lead for the final two laps of the race.

Rhodes won the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East race at Greenville Pickens Speedway in North Carolina on March 22 and was the overall winner in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series race at Iowa Speedway on May 17.

“It hasn’t really sunk in yet,” Rhodes said. “I’m sure once we go back to the shop and talk to these guys and just sit down, it will start sinking in. I’m kind of elated right now. Just really happy about our accomplishment right now.”

Suarez held on for second place. While Rhodes ran up front the entire night, Suarez had to rally through the field. “It was fast and with some luck, we drove all the way back to the front with a happy face and a second-place finish,” Suarez said.

Suarez started in the 20th position in the 20-car field after hitting the wall in qualifying.

“It was pretty difficult,” Suarez said. “In the beginning, we started in the back. Early in the morning we had one of the best race cars out there. In the qualifying we had some trouble with the rear brakes and we hit the fence. After that we decided to work on the car and start at the back to be more prepared for the race.”

Rhodes and Gaulding battled for the lead early in the race. Rhodes started on the pole. Gaulding started in the inside of Row 2. But Gaulding faded in the closing laps of the race and finished in sixth place. It was Gaulding’s fourth top-10 finish in seven NASCAR K&N Pro Series East races.

Austin Hill finished in third place in his first K&N Pro Series race at Bowman Gray Stadium. It was his fifth top-five finish of the season.

“It was really wild, that’s for sure,” Hill said. “We had a really good car at the very beginning of the race. It was really good. It started falling off, getting a little tight running through the center. Coming home with a third place is definitely exciting. I just want to win.”

Brandon Jones came in fourth place, followed by Ronnie Bassett Jr. in fifth at Bowman Gray.

The next race in the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East is the Pensacola 150 at Five Flags Speedway in Florida on June 13.
